Job Title: Bartender

Job Summary: The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests while ensuring excellent customer service. The role includes maintaining the bar area, managing stock, following recipes, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure proper garnishing and presentation of drinks
- Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible serving practices
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Manage bar inventory and request replenishments
- Follow hygiene, safety, and legal regulations
- Assist in creating new drink recipes and promotions

Required Skills :

- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for billing and stock control
- Creativity in drink preparation and presentation
- Understanding of local liquor laws

Qualifications:

- Certification in Bartending or Hospitality (preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in bar operations
- Experience in hotel, lounge, club, or fine-dining restaurant preferred
