Job Skill: Mortgage Servicing

- Location: Mumbai

- Shift: Australian Shift (2:00 AM - 12:00 PM IST)

- Experience: 1 to 4 Years

- Qualification: Graduate and above

- Joining: Immediate joiners / up to 30 days

- Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer service and mortgage servicing queries

- Manage loan maintenance, closures, discharges, payments, and data updates

- Coordinate with solicitors, brokers, settlement agents, and internal teams

- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to TAT

- Identify and escalate risks where applicable

- Skills & Experience:

- Experience in Mortgage Servicing / Banking / Financial Services

- Knowledge of Australian mortgage products and processes preferred

- Solid communication, coordination,



and attention to detail

- Eligibility:

- Minimum 15yrs of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation)

- Graduates through Open Universities/Correspondence graduates need not apply

- Willingness to work in Australian shifts

- Relieving letters from all the previous companies are mandatory to have
