Role Summary

As a Retail Sales Associate, you are the face of our brand. You will provide exceptional customer service, offer expert style advice, and ensure our store maintains a welcoming and organized environment. Your goal is to create a seamless shopping experience that turns casual visitors into loyal brand ambassadors.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement : Greet customers warmly, understand their style needs, and provide personalized fashion recommendations.
- Sales Performance : Proactively engage with shoppers to achieve individual and store sales targets through suggestive selling and promoting brand loyalty programs.
- Visual Merchandising : Maintain the sales floor to brand standards by folding, hanging, and organizing merchandise, and assisting with new collection displays.
- Operations : Accurately process transactions via the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handle returns, and assist with inventory management (receiving shipments, stocking, and conducting counts).




- Brand Advocacy : Stay updated on product knowledge, current trends, and store promotions to confidently answer customer inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience : Previous experience in retail, fashion, or customer service is preferred but not required; a passion for fashion and styling is a major plus.
- Interpersonal Skills : Strong verbal communication, active listening, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability : Flexibility to work a wide-ranging schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
- Technical Proficiency : Basic comfort with POS systems and inventory management software.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
