We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Visa Telecaller to join our growing visa consultancy team.

Responsibilities :

- Call potential clients and explain our visa services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Follow up with interested clients and schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.
- Understand clients' requirements and forward qualified leads to the visa counsellor.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements :

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Positive convincing and customer handling skills.

Salary : As per experience + Attractive Incentives
