Job Summary We are Looking for a responsible and Experienced Retail Factory Store Incharge is responsible for managing the day to day operations of a factory outlet store. This Includes handling sales, Inventory, Staff supervision, Customer service and ensuring the store meets its sales and operational targets effectively
- Key role
- Monitor Stock Levels and maintain accurate inventory records
- Arrange proper storage and product display
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper display of products
- ensure all store policies and procedures are followed
- Train recent employees on store operations
- Monitor Staff performance and discipline
Qualification
- Minimum 10th/12th pass
- Preferred any degree or diploma
- Exprienced 1-5 yrs in retail storeoperations
