Key Responsibilities :

- Gathering and documenting requirements, gathering high-level customer business needs, and translating them into functional requirements, use cases, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and other forms of documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, conduct interviews, and facilitate workshops to gather comprehensive requirements. Document these requirements, clearly understand business objectives, and translate them into system requirements.
- Project manage development efforts, facilitate communication between the customer, business units, and the development team from initial requirements to final implementation.
- Design, create and test reports, and analyze results.
- Create and maintain product documentation. ‍

Mandatory Skills :

- 8+ years as a business analyst in a technical environment
- Minimum 2 years of Salesforce Experience
- Experience with JIRA
- Experience in the Healthcare industry
- Experience in all phases of software life cycle development.




- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong product management and analytical skills, including a desire to logically solve business and technology problems.
- A track record of developing and analyzing complex reports.
- Proven ability to think creatively about how to solve problems.
