- Create, curate, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Monitor channels for feedback, mentions, and trends; respond promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with design and copy writing teams to produce visually appealing and informative posts
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Sprout Social
- Stay updated on platform algorithms, emerging trends, and competitor activity
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency
- Engage with influences and industry professionals to build a robust network
