Key Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Follow up on sales enquiries and service reminders
- Explain offers, schemes, and appointment details
- Schedule test drives and service appointments
- Maintain daily calling reports and customer database
- Support sales and service teams with customer coordination
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally

Requirements :

- Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Polite and skilled telephone etiquette
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM / DMS preferred)
- Target-oriented and follow-up focused
- Ability to handle customer queries confidently

Qualification :

- 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience :

- 0-3 years in tele calling / customer care
- Experience in automobile (4-wheeler car showroom) preferred

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
