Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to international clients and potential prospects
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Follow up with potential and existing clients regarding business opportunities
- Maintain accurate call records and regularly update CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality





Required Skills :

- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in interacting with international clients
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools

Eligibility Criteria

- 1-2 years of experience in international calling, customer support, or BPO
- Prior experience handling overseas clients will be preferred
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
