Job Title: Service Executive

Key Responsibilities :

- Leverage prior cabin crew experience to uphold and enhance service excellence standards
- Conduct and participate in meetings with directors and internal teams
- Represent the organization at conferences, industry events, and professional gatherings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and service delivery
- Demonstrate leadership, independence, and strong decision-making abilities

Requirements :

- Prior experience as cabin crew or in the airline/service industry is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, well-presented, and professional demeanor




- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
