Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to connect with prospective students, provide course information, and convert inquiries into admissions. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in communication, sales, and the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Handle incoming inquiries from students and parents
- Explain courses (Air Hostess, Hospitality, Personality Development, etc.) clearly
- Maintain proper follow-ups and convert leads into admissions
- Update lead details in CRM / Excel
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
- Maintain a positive and professional tone on calls

Requirements :

- Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
- 12th grade or higher education
- Confident speaking ability and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of computers (Excel, WhatsApp, calling apps)




- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

- Interest in sales / counselling

Working Hours

- 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
