Job Summary : A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls and handling inbound calls to promote products/services, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain products or services clearly and professionally
- Generate leads and follow up on inquiries
- Maintain call records and update customer details in CRM/system
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
- Handle customer queries and provide basic support
- Maintain a polite and positive communication approach

Skills Required :

- Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Marathi depending on requirement)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
- Confidence in handling calls
- Active listening and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle rejection professionally

Eligibility :

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate (as per company requirement)

Pay: From ₹19,000.00 per month
