Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain the company's testing services and convert enquiries into orders.
- Follow up on quotations and pending business opportunities.
- Make payment reminder calls and coordinate with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up details in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate with the laboratory team regarding sample status and report delivery.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly tele-calling and sales targets.

Requirements :

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in tele-calling, inside sales, customer support, or sales coordination is preferred.




- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English (Marathi is an advantage).
- Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
- Responsible, proactive, and interested in building a long-term career.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
