Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent business opportunities through regular field visits and networking.

- Visit restaurants, hotels, cafés, catering businesses, and other commercial establishments to introduce the company's products/services.

- Identify potential clients and convert leads into long-term business relationships.

- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and business discussions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.

- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for order processing.

- Follow up with clients to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, meetings, and sales activities.

- Update CRM or sales reports on a daily basis.

- Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.

- Occasionally travel within Gandhinagar and nearby areas for client visits and business development.

Required Skills :

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
- Ability to generate leads through direct client visits and networking.
- Good customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
