Job Title: Sales Coordinator - Solar Industry
Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with the sales team for leads, inquiries, and order processing.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and documentation.
- Coordinate with dispatch, logistics, and installation teams for timely project execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support.
- Track order status and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
