Job Description - Sales Executive

We are looking for a energetic and proactive Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting our network of franchises, introducing and promoting new products or services, and working on cold leads to generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Visit assigned franchises regularly to pitch recent products/services and drive engagement
- Build strong relationships with franchise partners to increase sales and brand visibility
- Identify and convert cold leads into potential customers or franchise partners
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide necessary training or support to franchise staff
- Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and customer needs to help refine sales strategies
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and reporting requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams for product updates, marketing materials, and order processing

Requirements :

- Prior experience in sales, franchise support, or B2B marketing preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and travel extensively
- Comfortable approaching cold leads and initiating conversations

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
