- Go on field visits to meet customers and explain loan products
- Work to achieve sales targets and help grow the company’s business
- Build valuable relationships with customers by meeting them regularly and following up for more business
- Meet new customers and ask happy customers to refer others who may need a home loan
- Coordinate with credit team for smooth processing and disbursal of loans
- Maintain credit quality
- Onboard new channel partners
- 1-5 years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within the BFSI/NBFC sector
