Job Title: International Sales Executive (US Process | Arabic/Spanish/English - Outbound) Location: Mohali Department: Outbound Sales Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, primarily in the US market. Communicate effectively in English, Arabic and Spanish based on client requirements. Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through cold calling and market research. Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective customers. Build and maintain strong client relationships with US clients to ensure repeat business. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems. Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Key Requirements: Proficiency in English (mandatory)



along with Arabic and Spanish (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience in international outbound sales / US process / telecalling (preferred). Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Comfortable working in night shifts (US timings). Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. Graduate in any discipline (preferred). Preferred Skills: Experience handling US clients. Strong cultural understanding of US, Arabic, or Spanish-speaking regions. Self-motivated with a positive and result-oriented attitude.
