We are hiring a Sales Officer to support and expand sales operations in the FMCG segment. The role involves managing assigned areas, coordinating with channel partners, and ensuring consistent product availability in the market.

Key Responsibilities

- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers
- Ensure product availability and visibility across the assigned territory
- Coordinate with distributors for order planning and stock movement
- Conduct regular market visits to understand demand and generate business
- Identify opportunities to expand retail reach and onboard new outlets
- Support execution of promotional activities and in-store visibility




- Maintain daily activity reports and share updates with the reporting manager
- Monitor market trends and share relevant feedback
- Graduation in any discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in FMCG or field sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage field work and local travel
- Basic understanding of sales reporting
