We are hiring a result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell payment gateway solutions to businesses. The role involves meeting merchants, explaining digital payment products, and onboarding them onto our platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential merchants (retailers, e-commerce sellers, service providers, etc.)
- Pitch and explain payment gateway solutions (online payments, UPI, cards, etc.)
- Onboard new clients and assist them with documentation & KYC process
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
- Coordinate with telesales and backend team for lead conversion
- Provide after-sales support and resolve client queries
- Keep records of daily visits, leads, and closures

Eligibility Criteria

For Freshers:

- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Interest in sales and fintech industry
- Good communication skills
- Willing to travel locally
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales / fintech / banking / payment solutions
- Experience in selling POS, QR, or payment gateway is a plus




- Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Required Skills :

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of digital payment systems (UPI, cards, net banking)
- Target-oriented and self-driven attitude
- Basic understanding of merchant onboarding process
- Relationship management skills
