- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and assess customer needs
- Explain products/services and generate interest among prospects
- Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM
- Achieve daily call targets and lead conversion benchmarks
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure engagement
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign execution
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and reporting
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Lead qualification percentage
- Call productivity (daily/weekly targets)
- Conversion rate (lead meeting/site visit)
- Keeping calling TAT intact & KRA’s in control
- Follow-up efficiency and response time

- Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 0-3 years of experience in pre-sales / tele calling / inside sales
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Comfortable with high-volume calling (120+ calls/day)
- Familiarity with lead management/CRM tools
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Strong persuasion and closing support skills
- Experience in real estate / co-working / SaaS / B2C / Ed-Tech
