Lets Grow Corporation is hiring an experienced Business Development Executive - RCM Sales for our US Medical Billing and Pharmacy Billing services . This is a work-from-office role based in Ahmedabad and is ideal for a sales qualified who has strong experience in US healthcare sales, Revenue Cycle Management sales, medical billing sales, and pharmacy billing sales .

This is a target-driven role where monthly sales goals must be achieved consistently.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for US Medical Billing, RCM, and Pharmacy Billing services .
- Identify and approach physicians, clinics, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and medical practices in the US market.
- Sell Revenue Cycle Management services , including medical billing, claims management, denial management, AR follow-up, credentialing, payment posting, and pharmacy billing support.
- Build and manage a strong monthly sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct client calls, presentations, service discussions, and follow-ups.
- Understand client pain points and present suitable billing and RCM solutions.
- Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, lead status, and closure tracking.




- Coordinate with internal operations and billing teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Represent Lets Grow Corporation professionally in all client communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in RCM sales / US healthcare sales / medical billing sales .
- Experience selling US Medical Billing services is mandatory.
- Experience in Pharmacy Billing sales will be a strong advantage.
- Must understand the US healthcare market, provider billing challenges, and RCM process.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
- Startup mindset with hunger to grow, learn, sell, and take ownership.
- Comfortable working from office in Ahmedabad.
