Job Overview : We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our team. This role involves direct interaction with customers, promoting solar products, and generating sales through field visits. Freshers with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct door-to-door sales (B2C) and generate leads
- Explain product features and benefits to customers
- Meet potential clients and close sales deals
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Report daily activity to the reporting manager

Requirements :

- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to travel locally for field work
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

Salary & Perks :

- Salary: Up to ₹10,000 - ₹25,000/month
