1. Sales and Marketing Support

1.2. Identify and qualify leads under the guidance of the Senior Sales Executive. 1.3. Participate in exhibitions and industry events for support activities such as client follow-ups and data collection. 1.4. Support in preparing product presentations, quotations, and proposals.

1. Lead Generation and Follow-Up

2.1. Handle daily follow-ups on leads received from portals like IndiaMART and other sources. 2.2. Maintain inquiry records and update lead status in ERP/CRM. 2.3. Coordinate for sample requests and follow up on dispatch and customer feedback.

1. Sales Order and Documentation

3.1. Prepare quotations and proforma invoices as instructed. 3.2. Support in generating sales orders and coordinating with production and dispatch teams. 3.3. Maintain records of quotations, PIs, and sales orders. 3.4. Assist in ensuring timely dispatch and delivery updates to customers.

1. Customer Relationship Support

4.1. Maintain regular communication with clients for follow-ups and updates. 4.2.



Escalate customer complaints or issues to the Senior Sales Executive or quality team. 4.3. Support cross-selling and upselling efforts as guided by seniors.

1. Payments and Coordination

5.2. Assist in preparing weekly overdue payment reports. 5.3. Ensure CRF (Customer Registration Form) details are collected for new clients.

1. Reporting and MIS

6.1. Send a daily activity/progress report to the Senior Sales Executive or HOD. 6.2. Assist in preparing weekly reports for review meetings. 6.3. Maintain updated customer and inquiry databases.

1. Miscellaneous & Team Support

7.1. Assist in updating ISO/ZED sales-related documents as instructed. 7.2. Attend team meetings to share progress and challenges. 7.3. Support training activities for new joiners by sharing basic sales processes.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,305.00 - ₹25,505.00 per month
