Job Title: Field Sales Executive / Field Salesman

Location: Siwan, Chapra, or Gopalganj (Bihar)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our

our presence across a designated territory by onboarding current retail partners, strengthening

relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily field visits and cold calls to retail stores and potential business partners

within the designated territory (Siwan, Chapra, or Gopalganj).

- Proactively identify and prospect potential new customer accounts to expand the

company's customer base.

- Present and promote company products/services effectively to store owners/managers

to secure new sales orders and convert them into long-term customers.

- Maintain strong, positive relationships with new and existing customers to ensure

customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.

- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and provide regular feedback to the sales

management team.

- Manage sales documentation, customer records, and timely submission of sales reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field sales.
- Age: Must be between 25 and 40 years old.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong

customer-centric approach.

- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the local market and geographical area of Siwan,

Chapra, or Gopalganj, Bihar.

- Attitude: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a

field-based role.

Compensation

- Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹22,000 INR per month (commensurate with experience and

performance).
