Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Greet and assist customers in selecting pet products such as food, accessories, and grooming items
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain store cleanliness and proper product display
- Handle billing, invoicing, and cash/card transactions
- Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and restocking
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and offers
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements :

- Proven experience in retail sales (pet store experience is an advantage)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills




- Passion for pets and basic knowledge of pet care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software, POS systems)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications :

- Previous experience in pet retail or related industry
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
