Job Summary : FederFlex is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote Federflex Medical Compression Stockings. The role involves engaging with healthcare professionals, securing hospital approvals, and directly assisting patients with product selection, fitting, and usage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Visit doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to introduce and promote Federflex products
- Demonstrate product features and perks to doctors and hospital staff
- Obtain product approvals from hospital management and procurement teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing doctors and identify new clients
- Visit patients directly to take accurate measurements and recommend the correct size of compression stockings
- Educate patients on how to properly wear, remove, and maintain the stockings for best results
- Provide basic guidance on product care and hygiene
- Ensure proper stock maintenance at the Coimbatore office
- Monitor inventory and coordinate timely replenishment




- Handle payment collections and ensure timely receivables
- Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and collections
- Achieve assigned sales targets

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably science, pharmacy, or business)
- 1-3 years of experience in medical or healthcare sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact confidently with doctors, hospital staff, and patients
- Willingness to travel locally and visit patients as required
- Attention to detail for accurate measurement and fitting
- Basic understanding of patient handling (training will be provided)
- Good organizational and follow-up skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in medical devices or compression therapy products
- Familiarity with hospital approval and procurement processes
- Patient education or clinical support experience is an added advantage

- Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
