Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Generate current business through field sales activities
- Lead and support the sales team to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify market opportunities and expand client base
- Monitor performance and prepare sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation completed (mandatory)
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing or field sales
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel locally for field work
