Role Overview
The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for on-ground brand promotion, market outreach, business interaction, and user onboarding support across assigned areas.
This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build relationships with business owners and professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned market areas, retail clusters, and business hubs
Promote company products and services to potential users
Conduct one-on-one demonstrations and explain product usage
Support initial onboarding and basic user guidance
Generate leads and assist in user acquisition efforts
Maintain daily activity reports and performance tracking
Collect market feedback and share insights with the internal team
Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Sales or field marketing experience preferred
Robust verbal communication skills
Confident personality with professional approach
Comfortable interacting with retailers and business owners
Self-motivated and result-oriented
Ability to work independently in field environments
Preferred Profile
1-3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or business development
Familiarity with local market areas in Nagpur
Basic understanding of digital products and business tools
Startup mindset and willingness to grow with the company
