Job Summary: The Lighting Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s lighting products, developing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell company lighting products to dealers, distributors, contractors, and retailers.
- Develop new customers and expand the market in the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide product information and demonstrations to customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch,



and customer support.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare and submit daily / weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

Required Skills :

- Positive communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales and customer handling ability
- Knowledge of lighting or electrical products preferred
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Qualification:

- Graduate (Any Stream) / MBA in Marketing preferred

Other Requirements:

- Must have own two-wheeler
- Valid driving license preferred

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,428.66 - ₹37,104.55 per month
