- Student counseling and career guidance abilities

- Experience in education / inside sales :

- Lead conversion and enrollment closure skills

- Active listening and need analysis :

- Ability to explain UG & PG course details , eligibility, and benefits

- Follow-up management and relationship building

- Target-oriented mindset with strong persuasion skills :

- Objection handling and negotiation skills

- CRM handling and lead tracking :

- Time management and multitasking abilities :

- Comfortable working in a work-from-office environment :

- Team coordination and collaboration skills

Valuable to Have

- Prior experience in EdTech or Education counseling :

- Knowledge of admission processes and documentation

- Experience with CRM tools (LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
