About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily showroom sales activities and customer interactions.
- Promote and sell electric two-wheelers by explaining product features, benefits, and technology.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable models based on their needs and budget.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test rides.
- Explain financing options, loan processes, and exchange offers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with service and support teams for seamless customer experience.
- Track sales performance and maintain reports (MIS) for management review.
- Stay updated on electric vehicle trends, competitors, and product updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 0-4 years of experience in automobile or showroom sales.
- Experience in electric two-wheeler sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes in the automobile industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred.
