Hiring: Outbound Sales Executive - IT Services

We are an IT software company working on websites, apps, ERP& CRM Solutions.

Work Mode: Compulsory Work From Office

Location: Danish Kunj, Kolar, Bhopal - 462042

Compensation:

- Fixed retainer: ₹25,000-30,000 / month
- Commission: Up to 10% on collections
- High performers can earn ₹40,000-₹50,000 per month with consistent sales

Role:

- Outbound B2B calling to business owners
- Understand requirements and pitch IT services
- Handle follow-ups and close deals / qualify leads
- Maintain basic CRM entries and sales reports

Requirements :

- Confident Hindi + English communication
- Comfortable with targets, rejection, and follow-ups
- Sales-oriented mindset (not a casual calling job)
- IT/software sales exposure preferred, not mandatory
