Job Title: Wedding Décor Sales

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct client consultations to understand theme, budget, and event requirements.
- Present décor concepts, packages, mood boards, and pricing proposals.
- Prepare and send quotations, contracts, and invoices.
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with design, operations, and vendor teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Upsell décor enhancements and customised design elements.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Attend wedding expos, networking events, and venue visits to generate leads.

Requirements & Qualifications :

- Proven experience in sales (event, wedding, décor, or hospitality industry preferred).




- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible schedule (as required in the wedding industry).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of wedding trends, themes, and décor styles.
- Experience in event planning or wedding coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
