As an Outbound Sales Executive , you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential business clients through outbound calls and follow-ups . You will introduce company services, generate interest, qualify leads, and close sales in a structured and professional manner.

This role focuses on high-volume outreach, lead conversion, and revenue generation with full internal team support.

- What You Will Do_
- Make outbound calls to potential business clients using company-provided data
- Introduce IT & digital services such as Website Development, Google Ads, SEO, PPC/SEM, and Social Media Marketing
- Identify client requirements and qualify leads
- Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel
- Close deals or schedule meetings for senior sales members
- Update call activity and lead status in CRM
- Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets
- Optional Growth Opportunities (Interest-Based, Not Mandatory)_
- Learn inside sales and solution consulting
- Participate in client strategy discussions and demos
- Grow into Senior Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development roles
- Gain exposure to B2B IT & digital sales processes

- Client interaction primarily via phone calls and follow-ups
- Office-based role (no field work required)
- Eligibility - Freshers / Interns_
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment

Minimum 6 months experience in any one of the following:

- Outbound Sales / Telecalling / Inside Sales
- IT Sales or Digital Marketing Sales
- B2B calling-based sales roles
- Salary, In-Hand Pay & CTC (100% Transparent)_
- Monthly In-Hand Salary:_
- Freshers: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 in-hand + incentives
- Experienced: ₹20,000 - ₹55,000 in-hand + incentives
- Annual CTC (Fixed + Incentives + Variable):_
- ₹3 LPA - ₹10.5 LPA (based on experience, role level & performance)
