A Telesales Executive for a clothing brand contacts prospective buyers, shares digital style catalogs, and closes apparel orders over phone calls and messaging apps. Key daily tasks include lead follow-up , product advice , and sales closing .

- Share Catalogs : Send digital lookbooks, size charts, fabric details, and pricing.
- Advise on Fashion : Help clients choose styles, colors, and sizes based on current trends or uniform needs.
- Close Sales : Answer objections, negotiate prices, and record final orders.
- Manage Follow-ups : Track shipping updates, payment collections, and exchange requests.

Requirements and Skills

- Communication : Explicit, polite, and confident spoken English or local language skills.
- Experience : 1 to 3 years in telesales, inside sales, or retail customer support (fashion/apparel background preferred).
- Tech Skills : Basic computer knowledge, CRM software, or mobile chat tools like WhatsApp Business.
- Target Driven : Comfortable working hard to meet daily and monthly sales quotas.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
