Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse customers.
- Excellent command of English (both verbal and written).
- Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Ability to clearly communicate the value and perks of services to potential customers.
- High level of confidence and persuasive skills, especially in cold calling and lead conversion.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle extended communication hours.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document and share information accurately with team members.
