Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the hospital and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Manage administrative activities including staffing coordination, duty rosters, vendor coordination, and facility management.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, service quality, and patient satisfaction across the hospital.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, front office, billing, and support departments for seamless hospital operations.
- Monitor hospital performance, occupancy, patient flow, and operational efficiency.
- Handle patient complaints, escalations, and service-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, safety norms, and internal protocols.
- Supervise billing, admissions, discharge processes, and general administrative documentation.
- Manage inventory, medical supplies, and support services to avoid operational disruptions.
- Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management regarding hospital performance and issues.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field :

- Prior experience in hospital administration / hospital operations / healthcare management preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
