Tools & Technologies: Test Management Tools: Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps, QTest, TestRail, Google Sheets
Testing & Utility Tools: Postman Salesforce Inspector Data Loader / Import Wizard / Jetstream MS Office
Additional Skills (preferred): Experience in Chatbot Testing, including: Salesforce Agents / Agentforce Agents AI-based Agents AWS-based Bots Voice & Chat Bots
