Job Description: Tendering & IT Operations Executive

Job Title : Tendering & IT Operations Executive Department : Administration / Business Operations / IT Support Location : Kolkata Employment Type : Full-Time

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Search, analyze, and manage relevant government and private tenders through online portals.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, quotations, bids, and compliance documents within deadlines.
- Maintain records of tenders, contracts, EMDs, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for tender requirements.
- Handle e-procurement portals such as GeM, CPPP, state portals, etc.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, MIS data, and presentations using MS Office tools.
- Ensure proper documentation, data accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Assist management in administrative and operational tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: IT, Computer Applications, Commerce, or Administration).





- Experience in tendering/e-tendering processes preferred.

- Valuable knowledge of GeM portal and government procurement systems.

- Strong computer proficiency in:

- MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

- Basic Networking & Troubleshooting

- PDF Editing & Documentation

- Familiarity with ERP/software systems is an added advantage.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

- Computer savvy with strong attention to detail.

- Knowledge of IT hardware/software basics.

- Experience in documentation and vendor coordination.

- Organized, proactive, and capable of handling pressure during tender submissions.

Experience

- 1-5 years

Salary

CTC: up to 1.80 Lacs

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
