Maharana Pratap Group of Institutions is looking for responsible, disciplined, and compassionate individuals to serve as Hostel Wardens for both boys’ and girls’ hostels. The warden will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and student-friendly residential environment while ensuring discipline, welfare, and smooth hostel operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesHostel Administration

- Oversee day-to-day hostel operations and management.
- Ensure proper allotment of rooms and maintain occupancy records.
- Maintain hostel registers, records, and documentation.

Student Welfare & Discipline

- Ensure safety, security, and well-being of all residents.
- Enforce hostel rules, regulations, and code of conduct.
- Address student concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely manner.
- Promote a healthy, inclusive, and respectful living setting.

Supervision & Monitoring

- Monitor entry/exit of students and maintain attendance records.
- Ensure adherence to curfew timings and institutional policies.
- Conduct regular rounds and inspections of hostel premises.





Maintenance & Facilities

- Coordinate with maintenance staff for cleanliness, repairs, and upkeep.
- Ensure availability of basic amenities (water, electricity, hygiene).
- Report infrastructure issues to administration.

Coordination & Reporting

- Liaise with college administration, security, and parents when required.
- Report incidents, emergencies, or disciplinary issues promptly.
- Assist in organizing hostel-related activities and meetings.

Safety & Emergency Handling

- Handle emergencies (medical, security, etc.) responsibly.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Maintain first-aid readiness and emergency contacts.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).
- Prior experience in hostel administration, student affairs, or similar roles preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
