Job Role:Kafka Admin

Experience level : 4+ years

Location : Mumbai / Pune / Chennai

Job Description : 4+ yrs of experience in Kafka platform design, installation, operation, and the best practices for Brokers, Zookeepers, Kafka Connect/Connectors, Security Settings, Kafka monitoring and performance tuning.

- Setting up new Kafka clusters and onboarding Kafka API’s Ensure availability for Kafka brokers, zookeepers, schema registry, under defined SLA for different client environments.
- Topic management (creating, deleting, enable, disable, monitor).
- High availability cluster setup, maintenance, creating topics, setup redundancy cluster. Creating a mirroring of Kafka Cluster brokers, broker sizing, topic sizing, hardware sizing, performance monitoring, broker security, topic security, consumer/producer access management (ACL).
- Experience troubleshooting, performing upgrades, debugging, and tracing in Planning,



onboarding kafka producers and consumers.
- Different type of user and group in Kafka Cluster.
- Understanding of Bootstrap server. Ideally, programming skills in Ansible, Python or Java Solid knowledge and experience with Linux and be comfortable working from the command line.
- Possess practical Linux systems administration skills in a cloud or virtualized environment

Knowledge of Agile is required.

Salary : ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
