Patient Assessment & Care : Record vital signs, medical histories, and observe changes in patient conditions. Assist with daily hygiene, feeding, and physical comfort.
- Medical Administration : Safely administer medications, IVs, and treatments exactly as prescribed by doctors.
- Clinical Procedures : Assist with medical procedures, operate monitoring equipment, and prepare patients for surgery.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate, confidential patient health records and electronic health records (EHR).
- Patient Education : Advise patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and post-discharge recovery
