About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with robust Excel and data analysis skills to support reporting and data management for our vending machine operations and sales teams .

Key ResponsibilitiesMIS & Data Management

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports .
- Publish monthly sales reports and operational performance reports .
- Maintain and update master data related to vending machines, clients, and inventory .
- Validate data accuracy and ensure data consistency across reports .

Data Analysis & Reporting

- Develop Excel-based models and analysis tools to process large datasets.
- Perform data validation, cleaning, and transformation .
- Identify trends and insights from sales, machine deployment, and service data.
- Create dashboards and visual reports to support management decisions.

Sales & Operations Support

- Support sales teams with client performance reports and data insights .
- Track machine deployment, usage, and service records .
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to validate operational data.

Process Automation

- Assist in automating reports using Excel, SQL, or Python .
- Improve efficiency of reporting systems and reduce manual processes.

Data Troubleshooting

- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and reporting errors .
- Ensure timely updates of inventory, machine, and client databases .

Qualifications : Preferred Education:

- Bachelor’s Degree in :

- Computer Applications (BCA)

- Information Technology

- Business Administration

- Commerce

- Data Analytics

Additional certifications in Excel / Data Analytics will be an advantage.

Experience Required

Minimum 1 year experience in:

- MIS reporting
- Sales data analysis
- Operations reporting
- Data management

Preferred industry experience:

- Vending Machine Industry
- POS Device Industry
- Retail Equipment / Field Service Operations
- FMCG distribution MIS
- Supply Chain reporting

Salary & Benefits
