Responsibilities

ISMS Implementation Execution

- Convert ISO controls into actionable implementation tasks and track delivery progress.
- Work with control owners to document procedures and ensure controls operate consistently.
- Drive the implementation of document control, versioning, approvals, publishing, and review cycles.
- Track nonconformities and manage corrective actions with stakeholders.
- Support readiness assessment and participate in internal audits.

Control Register / Evidence Management

- Maintain and continuously update the ISMS master control register, mapping controls to:

- owners

- procedures

- evidence

- maturity ratings

- review frequencies

- Build and manage an ISMS evidence calendar: access reviews, log reviews, supplier reviews, DR testing, etc.

- Support evidence collection processes and ensure audit traceability.

ISMS Tooling / Evidence Control Automation

- design evidence workflows and ensure integration with ITSM/IAM/SOC tools
- structure repositories, reducing manual audit effort
- implement templates and automation (“evidence by default”)
- assess whether a lightweight GRC tool is needed




- GRC tool administration after implementation

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in information security or relevant work experience
- Operates independently and works well in a team environment
- Use discretion and judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Maintain a current understanding of relevant audit best practices and regulations

Required Skills / Experience

- Solid hands-on experience implementing ISO 27001 controls and ISMS documentation.
- Strong ability to create and maintain structured documentation and evidence repositories.
- Skilled in project coordination and cross-team follow-up.
- Familiarity with GRC tools (or structured spreadsheet-driven control management).
- Experience with evidence collection, control register and audit readiness preparation.
- Strong organizational and operational discipline.
