Key Responsibilities

Technology Infrastructure Management

- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware, software, servers, and networks.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services.
- Manage cloud services, data centers, and telecommunications systems.

IT Operations & Support

- Lead the IT support team and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage help desk operations and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability management activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.

Project Management

- Plan and execute IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.

Team Leadership

- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate IT staff.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
- Foster professional development and continuous learning.

Budget & Vendor Management

- Develop and manage the IT budget.




- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with technology vendors.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 5+ years of IT experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.

- Solid knowledge of:

- Network administration

- Windows/Linux operating systems

- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

- Cybersecurity principles

- IT service management frameworks (ITIL)

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.

- Professional certifications such as:

- ITIL

- CompTIA Security+

- CISSP

- PMP

- Microsoft, AWS, or Cisco certifications
