- Manage daily activities of the IPD floor
- Support patients and their relatives
- Take feedback from patients and improve services
- Handle patient complaints politely
- Assist in billing and discharge process
- Ensure smooth admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff
- Monitor patient safety, comfort, and service quality
- Ensure staff complete their duties on time
- Maintain discipline and punctuality
- Check cleanliness and hygiene regularly
- Maintain daily records and reports
- Follow hospital rules and policies
- Report any issues or complaints to HR/Admin

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
