Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Patient Care Coordinator to manage patient interactions, appointment scheduling, and coordination between medical and administrative departments. The role focuses on enhancing patient experience, ensuring smooth OPD/IPD operations, and maintaining service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, and discharges.
- Guide patients and attendants regarding hospital procedures and services.
- Act as a liaison between doctors, nursing staff, billing, and support departments.
- Ensure timely registration and documentation of patient records.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Support insurance/TPA coordination and basic billing processes.




- Maintain patient satisfaction and service quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Hospital Administration preferred).
- 1-4 years of experience in hospital operations or patient coordination.
- Basic knowledge of hospital processes and medical terminology.
