Job Description:

Position: Manager - Business Excellence

Location: Manesar - Gurgaon

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Industries: Printing/Packaging

Responsibilities:

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement Lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.
- Drive cost reduction projects and monitor their impact on operational performance.
- Analyze production data, identify root causes of performance gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, productivity metrics, OEE reports, and improvement project outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Establish standardized processes and drive a continuous improvement culture across operations.
- Review project performance, prepare management reports, and recommend strategies for operational excellence.





Required Skills

- Robust expertise in Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Productivity Enhancement.
- Hands-on experience in OEE improvement, cost reduction, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in data analysis, KPI monitoring, performance reporting, and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, RCA, PDCA, and Value Stream Mapping.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage improvement initiatives independently.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
