Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment, manpower planning, workforce budgeting, and talent retention for plant operations and corporate functions.

- Industrial Relations (IR): Manage union relations, worker grievances, disciplinary matters, domestic enquiries, and labour negotiations.

- Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, factory-related requirements, PF, ESIC, contract labour regulations, and other statutory obligations.

- Employee Relations: Maintain a positive work workplace, employee engagement, grievance redressal, and effective communication across departments.

- Performance Management: Drive PMS, KPI implementation, performance appraisals, promotions, and succession planning.

- Learning & Development: Identify training needs and implement skill development,



leadership development, and employee capability-building initiatives.

- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee salary administration, payroll coordination, incentives, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.

- HR Operations: Manage HR documentation, employee records, HR MIS, audits, manpower reports, and process improvements.

- Contract Labour Management: Monitor contractor manpower, deployment, documentation, wage payments, and statutory compliance.

- Administration & Welfare: Supervise employee welfare, transport, canteen, security, housekeeping, and other plant administration activities, as assigned.

- Management Coordination: Work closely with plant leadership and senior management on organisational development, manpower cost optimisation, and business continuity.
